COLCHESTER LIVESTOCK AND GENERAL AUCTION MARKETS
All customers are requested to follow the law and wear masks in our offices and toilets at all times. The wearing of masks/face coverings is now mandatory and you face a £100 fine if this is not complied with. Whilst not compulsory in outside spaces we are asking customers to wear them where possible to help stop the spread.
Saturday Country Market
The Bike, Electrical and Yard sale commences at 10am
The Plant and shrub sale will commence after the sale of bikes with a separate auctioneer who will then go on to the Timber Sale.
The Fruit and Veg Stall, J Colemans Meat Wagon and the Cafe (for takeaway only) are now Open.
Please maintain 2 meters where possible, Use the hand sanitiser points and wear a mask and gloves where possible.
Customer Details will be taken at the entrance to the market to allow us to conduct track and trace if required. If you are a registered buyer then providing your bidding number on entry is all that is required. If you are not registered then a name and contact telephone number will be required before you are allowed on site.
Stanfords Offices and Professional Practice
We have succesfully got all staff back in the office now and practicing social distancing. We are able to accomodate meetings either by Zoom, Microsoft Teams, In Person in the office or outside at the office. Staff are also able to visit clients or sites as long as social distancing measures are taken. Please only attend the office if you are not showing any signs of Co-Vid19
The Livestock Market is open for business with social distancing measures in place and the market Cafe is open for takeaway only. Face coverings must be worn in enclosed spaces so please bring one with you if you wish to watch your cattle and sheep being sold. Please maintain 2 meter distancing where possible.
Only registered buyers and sellers will be permitted entry to the market at the moment
